REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Replacement and refund policy

ý  First, if there is any factory defect or product damage:

 

v If the customer purchases the product from one of Ferrucci branches:

Ferrucci customers have the right to replace or retrieve the product that contains a factory defect or damage, provided that the product is encapsulated in its original and unused condition, with the presence of the purchase invoice, within 3 days of the date of purchase.

 

v If the customer purchases the product from Ferrucci Online store:

Ferrucci customers have the right to replace or retrieve the product that contains a factory defect or damage, provided that the product is encapsulated in its original condition, with the purchase invoice, within 3 days of the customer's receipt of the product, and the customer has the right to choose one of the following options after receiving Ferrucci for the product and make sure it complies with the conditions:

o   Retrieve the value of the product through a bank, and this procedure takes 8 working days.

o   Replace the damaged product with any new product of the same value within 24 hours.

Reviews:

v The customer will not incur any shipping charges in the event that the reason for the replacement or refund is a factory damage or defect.

v The customer must choose another product within 24 hours of receiving Ferrucci for the damaged product.

ý Second, if customer want to replace or retrieve the product without any factory defect:

v If the customer purchases the product from one of Ferrucci branches:

Ferrucci customers have the right to replace or retrieve the product provided that the product is encapsulated in its original and unused condition, with the purchase invoice, within 3 days of the purchase date of the product.

v If the customer purchases the product from Ferrucci Online Store:

Ferrucci customers have the right to replace or retrieve the product provided that the product is encapsulated in its original and unused condition, with the presence of the purchase invoice, within 3 days of the date of receipt of the product, in which case the customer will bear the expenses of shipping to the Warehouse of Ferrucci / Dammam, and the customer has the right to choose one of the following options after receiving Ferrucci for the product and to make sure that it complies with the conditions:

o   Retrieve the value of the product through a bank, and this procedure takes 8 working days.

o   Replace the product with another product of the same value within 24 hours.

ý Third, all of the following items are excluded from the replacement/refund policy:

v Towels and Bathrobes for health reasons.

v pillows if removed from their plastic pressure bag.

v Used products and/or other than their original condition as they were at the time of purchase.

v Final Clearance items.
